| Other Fees Keys-having a key to your home is a personal choice. If you are not going to provide a key, it is your responsibility to ensure access on your scheduled day. Our lock out fee is $50. Bad checks-holding your check till the end of the week-no problem. Your check bouncing? Problem. $40 fee for returned checks AND you'll have to pay cash for your cleanings. About Your Pet Pets-we love them! They may love us back...but if you aren't home to make the introduction...even the sweetest little boo can get vicious in the presence of strangers with vacuums. For everyone's peace of mind, we schedule initial cleanings on weekends! Cancellations Things happen. Kindly give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Last minute cancellations=you still owe for that day. Cleaning by the hour Our hourly fee for cleaning is $75 per hour with a 1.5 hour minimum. We typically reserve hourly cleaning for make readys/move out cleanings. You are welcome to book weekly/bi-weekly by the hour. Be advised we will only stay for the time alloted whether the job is complete or not. |

I totally understand wanting goods and services for the best price
possible. I am the queen of not paying retail.
When it comes to my home and family, cost is not a major deciding factor.
Perhaps I am in the minority but I'd rather know the person I'm talking to
will show up and do the job right before we start talking money.
I get a lot of calls that go like this:
I NEED MY HOUSE CLEANED ASAP-what do you charge?
Now I could just pull some magic number out of my behind and sometimes
just out of spite I do...but a random number doesn't tell you about the
quality of work, or IF I will show up.
The Walmart mentality shouldn't apply here but sadly it does.
Potential clients-even if they have never had their home cleaned
before-have an idea of what they are looking for. They ask how long I will
be there, what services are included, if I bring supplies, do I have
references they can check and then they want to talk price.
By the time we get there, they know they are getting the most out of their
hard earned dollar.
It's your home. You paid a lot of money for it and probably for the things
inside of it. When you hire a maid, you get what you pay for. It's unrealistic
to expect much of a cheap cleaner past a fake feather duster on the
furniture, a quick vacuum of the high spots, wiping off the tops of things
and liberal use of febreeze.
If someone charges next to nothing, at best they are going to do next to
nothing. At worst they are going to Windex your plasma TV, use Murphy's
or a wet swiffer on your tung oil finished floor and Pledge on the just
restored hand paste waxed antique dining room table. I count a few
thousands dollars worth of damage and haven't even talked about
abrasive cleaners on surfaces clearly not suitable for such.

Your actual price depends upon size, number of people/pets, and what
type of flooring, appliances, counter tops you have in your home. Also
taken into consideration are factors such as smoking, knickknacks and
last minute inquiries.
Your price for cleaning will be quoted prior to scheduling.
What you are directly quoted is what you pay.
No hidden fees or surprises.
Payment is due upon arrival. Personal checks and cash are accepted.
If you are weekly and skip a cleaning-your next cleaning will be billed at
the bi-weekly rate.
